My name is Tania Lizeth Cantú, I’m 33 about to turn 34 on April 21st.
I’m from Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mx and I moved to Texas in 2001, went back to Mexico 🇲🇽In ‘06 to study Pedagogy and came back to Texas in 2012.
My heart is divided between Mexico & USA.
I love to take care of myself since I was a child. I changed to a plant based diet since 2017 and won’t change back.
I share pictures of the food I eat for people to see how delicious it can be.

My passion is to spread the word to make people aware about eating, cooking at home, exercising, nature and having fun.
