Dr. Chamoun is a double Board-certified cardiologist, the Founder & President of CardioSeeds, the Creator of the CardioSeeds podcast, and a Member of The American Society for Preventive Cardiology and the American Medical Women’s Association.
She is a Diplomate of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, and a Certified Health and Wellness Coach by the nationally and internationally recognized American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA).
Dr. Chamoun serves as a Co-Chair of the Cardiology group at the American College of Lifestyle Medicine where she works to build collaborations with other organizations and to advance the field of Lifestyle Medicine.
Dr. Chamoun has more than 20 years of combined expertise in clinical and academic cardiology, Lifestyle Medicine, cardiac imaging, and the cardiac safety industry.
Dr. Chamoun entered medical school in her home country Ukraine at age 17 and obtained her MD degree, Summa Cum Laude when she was only 23. She received her Ph.D. degree at age 26. She subsequently moved to the US and completed her Internal Medicine Residency Program at one of the University of Virginia School of Medicine programs, and the Cardiovascular Fellowship with a subspecialty in Advanced Cardiovascular Imaging at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia.
She practiced state-of-the-art non-invasive cardiology and multi-modality cardiac imaging at CASEP, the largest private-practice group on the Main Line of Philadelphia. She participated in the training of cardiovascular disease fellows, residents, and cardiac sonographers and took part in public health and wellness education.
From 2007 through August 2021, Dr. Chamoun served as a Chief Cardiologist at Clario (former ERT), - the leading global database, technology, and innovation company for clinical trials. At Clario, she developed and implemented novel cardiac safety solutions and participated in the company’s expansion to global markets.
Dr. Chamoun is an experienced educator in the field of Lifestyle Medicine and Preventive Cardiology. For decades, she has been cultivating knowledge about unhealthy lifestyles as the root cause of chronic diseases.
When the covid-19 pandemic started, she worked with her company’s HR to revise workplace wellness programs and improve employee work-life balance. At the same time, she watched the healthcare crisis unfold before her eyes, with burnout and lack of personal protective equipment not sparing her friends and family members.

This is when she realized that her professional mission was not accomplished until she helped fellow medical workers to stay healthy, both mentally and physically.
In April 2022, Dr. Chamoun founded CardioSeeds, LLC - a company that provides strategies and solutions for Lifestyle Medicine and burnout-free healthcare. Dr. Chamoun believes that medical professional burnout is one of the root causes of failing American healthcare and that it needs to be addressed on both system and individual levels.
CardioSeeds works with members of the medical community, hospital administrators, training programs, policymakers, and technology companies to address physician burnout as one of the top priorities of American healthcare.
Dr. Chamoun is also the founder/host of the CardioSeeds podcast dedicated to Lifestyle Medicine and burnout prevention. The CardioSeeds podcast has a robust following and rapidly growing popularity.
She is a frequent speaker on podcasts and seminars, professional webinars, and Grand Rounds, as well as public lectures and other events.
