Chris Kolodziejski graduated from The University of Wyoming in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. In 1984, Chris was the second pick for the Pittsburgh Steelers in the NFL draft and their starting tight-end as a rookie, however, his career was cut short that same year by a serious knee injury. All of the obstacles and challenges that I had to face and still face today have led me on a fantastic journey and a very interesting and rich life that has included Professional Football, Real Estate Development, Investment Banking and since 2003, now 20 years and an incredible journey into Cosmetics.

In 2003, Chris founded Chella to own and distribute an Anti-Aging skin care line he created called Chella Skin Care. In 2011 Chris created “Chella Brow & Eye Collection.” to focus on Brows and Eyes.
Chris has over 20 years experience in the beauty business.

Chris has been an invited speaker on the subject of “Keys To Retail Success” and has given this speech to the following organizations. The American Association of Cosmetology Schools, CNBC TV, Bloomberg Radio, Face & Body Atlanta & San Jose and the International Beauty Show- Las Vegas and most recently at Ispa 2019
