Andy Nevers

Andy Nevers is the Founder and CEO of Plantarion and Green Body Brand. Andy is a native of Mount Vernon, New York. He proudly joined the United States Marine Corps in 2004, where he served a total of eight years as an active duty Marine. During his first four years he was assigned to Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune located in North Carolina where he served as a combat Marine. Andy separated from the Marines after serving as a combat Marine Instructor during his second four-year enlistment at Marine Corps Base, Quantico located in Virginia.
Andy has over 15 years of leadership experience. He is most proud of the leadership experience he gained while serving with the Marines, a military branch known for developing strong leaders. Since his departure from the military, Andy has worked as a financial manager for a number of federal agencies where at times he had managed financial portfolios valued at several billion dollars. Andy’s leadership philosophy is people first.
Andy attended George Mason University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from George Washington University. Andy is a proud father to a fifteen-year-old daughter. Andy has been living a plant-based vegan lifestyle for a few years now, on this evolutionary journey he has developed a deep compassion for animal welfare and the environment. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending local events, traveling, watching movies, and listening to music of all genres.
