Krisann Polito-Moller is a Certified Whole Plant-Based Nutrition Coach, a Certified Yoga Instructor, a Yoga Therapist and Personal Trainer. She is the co-founder of the Plant Based Green Country and Tulsa Veg Fest. Krisann works at Bellevue Hospital in New York and witnessed the chaos that took place as the pandemic affected her city. Krisann's journey began when she lost her father to a heart attack a day before giving birth.
Since then, she has dedicated her life to finding solutions to increase the health of her family and now her clients. She uses a three-pronged approach using whole food plant-based nutrition, yoga & meditation and fitness. We talked about the importance of creating SMART goals, which are goals set in a specific way to enhance the likelihood that the task or healthy new behavior will be successfully achieved. Creating routines and healthy behaviors during this time can be very beneficial as many of us are spending more time at home.
